Privacy policy

This policy explains what information NosaAgents handles when you visit nosaagents.com or contact us, and how we use it. The short version: we use two analytics tools to understand how the site is used, we have no forms or advertising trackers, and we only receive personal information when you choose to email us.
Information we receive
- When you email us (for example, to request a free AI audit), we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, such as your name, your business, the task you would like help with, the tools you use and your availability.
- When you visit the site, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse.
Analytics
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits, pages viewed, referring sites, country, device type and page speed. It does not use cookies or build a profile of you.
- Microsoft Clarity shows us, in aggregate and through anonymized session replays, how visitors scroll and click, so we can improve the site. Clarity may use cookies and collects device and browser information, an approximate location, and your interactions with the page. Text you type into fields is masked. Microsoft’s handling of this data is described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Opting out: if your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, Clarity is not loaded. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
We do not use advertising or retargeting tools, and analytics data is never sold.
How we use it
- To reply to you, schedule and prepare your free AI audit, and write your one-page recommendation.
- To provide any services you ask us for, under terms we agree with you in writing.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run our business: our email provider (Google), our website host and analytics provider (Cloudflare), and Microsoft for Clarity analytics. If we later build something for you, any information involved is handled as described in our agreement with you, and nothing goes into an automation or AI tool without your approval.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep emails only as long as needed to respond to you and to keep records of our work together. You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing nosaagents@gmail.com.
Sensitive information
Please don’t send passwords, payment card or bank details, government ID numbers, or medical information by email. We will never ask for them to prepare an audit.
Children
This website and our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and its effective date.
