Terms of Service

Service scope

NosaAgents configures and manages automated call flows using information and instructions approved by the client. The standard service may answer approved questions, collect caller details, and deliver email summaries. Appointment booking, text messaging, live transfer, emergency dispatch, payment processing, and regulated professional advice are not included unless a signed service agreement expressly adds them.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and current business information, approved answers, operating hours, service areas, escalation instructions, and a monitored notification email. Clients are responsible for their phone-provider configuration, responding to callers, reviewing delivered information, and notifying NosaAgents promptly when approved information changes.

Prohibited and sensitive uses

The standard service must not be used to collect passwords, payment-card data, bank-account numbers, Social Security numbers, authentication codes, protected medical information, or other highly sensitive data. It must not be presented as emergency service, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or a substitute for a licensed professional. Clients may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, or rights-infringing activity.

Call notices and consent

Calls may be processed, transcribed, summarized, or recorded to provide and improve the service. Clients are responsible for approving appropriate call notices and ensuring their use complies with the laws that apply to their business, callers, and jurisdictions. NosaAgents may require a disclosure at the start of calls and may refuse configurations that omit a notice when one may be required.

Emergencies and urgent requests

NosaAgents is not an emergency service and does not guarantee immediate human review. Callers with emergencies should contact the appropriate emergency service. The standard service may record that a request is urgent, but it does not promise dispatch, live transfer, or an immediate response.

Month-to-month service

Your managed service renews monthly until canceled. Monthly service fees and any usage charges are billed according to your service agreement.

Cancellation

You may cancel before your next billing date by emailing nosaagents@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and service remains active through that date unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Fees and refunds

Setup fees, monthly fees, usage charges, taxes, phone-provider fees, and any approved third-party charges are billed as stated in the applicable order or service agreement. Setup fees, usage charges, and partial billing periods are non-refundable except where required by law. Charges incurred before the effective cancellation date remain due.

Usage and call limits

Included minutes and overage rates are stated on the website or applicable order. Usage may be measured by the voice or telecommunications provider. NosaAgents may apply reasonable call-duration, silence, misuse, and cost-control limits, including ending calls that are complete, repeatedly off-topic, abandoned, or unusually long.

Availability and changes

The service depends on internet, voice, email, hosting, telecommunications, and client systems that may experience delays or outages. NosaAgents does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, modify, suspend, or replace service components when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or provider changes.

No outcome guarantee

NosaAgents does not guarantee appointments, sales, revenue, lead quality, caller accuracy, or a particular business result. Automated responses may be incomplete or incorrect. Clients must review important information and remain responsible for their own business decisions and follow-up.

Data and service providers

Service data may be processed by the providers identified in our Privacy Policy, including voice, hosting, security, and email providers. Clients must not submit data they are not authorized to provide. Client-specific data-processing terms may be required for regulated or higher-risk use cases.

Suspension and termination

NosaAgents may suspend or terminate service for nonpayment, misuse, security risk, unlawful activity, material breach, provider restrictions, or configurations that create unreasonable operational or legal risk. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or guaranteed availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NosaAgents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the fees paid for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

Governing law

Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute informally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Material changes affecting an active paid service will be handled as required by the applicable agreement and law.
